Wellbeing and Change

Twist Consultants Wellbeing and Change book

The brief

Jo Twiselton of change management consultants ‘Twist’ wrote a Wellbeing and Change report based on her talking to leaders and managers about managing change and supporting employees.

Whilst change has always been present within organisations, the impact of the global Covid pandemic added an extra dimension to issues people were going through, highlighting the impact of mental health, wellbeing and resilience within the workforce.

In the report, managers she interviewed share their insights and experiences to help other leaders support people’s wellbeing much better in changing times.

The design

The report was designed at an A4 size – easy to print out if required – but will mostly be viewed in a downloadable pdf format. I took the idea of change using seven icons which gradually morph from a square to a star shape. The seven shapes also represent seven key insights discussed in the report – the shapes being used as icons for each section in the design.

Typography uses the sans-serif font ‘Proxima Nova’ (used on the Twist website) which I paired with a contrasting serif font ‘Playfair Display’ to use in large headings and quotes throughout the piece.

The result

Jo will be offering the report as a downloadable pdf, via a website sign-up form, but there may be a printed copy in the future if it’s found to be popular.
